Johnathon made buying our first home an enjoyable experience. He was a great guy to work with not only because of his great personality but also because of his knowledge for the real estate business. We really enjoyed his upbeat spirit through the house hunting process and his determination to do what was best for us through the negotiation of our offer. With two young children our schedules can be hectic and Johnathon was very flexible when it came to meeting us during the best times for us even if it was last minute or meant he had to meet us somewhere. He really went above and beyond to make us feel like more than just a client. He stopped in to welcome us to our new home once we were moved in and has continued to keep in touch through friendly emails.
